I’m absolutely IN LOVE with these delicious plantain wraps! These are arguable the best dang recipe I’ve made so far!!! So so soooo tasty and very versatile. Since I’m so obsessed I’ve been doing a lot of taste testing and have found so many fun ways to enjoy. These will fit into most diets and protocols and if you have no dietary issues…my hubby highly recommends adding a bunch of gooey cheese (I wish!)

Ideas:

  • Use as wraps for tacos (ground beef, pulled pork, steak, etc.)
  • My favorite shredded chicken recipe is delicious with these wraps
  • Prepare like a flat bread with avocado or nomato sauce, spinach, etc.
  • You can even prepare with toppings you would use on pancakes with fruit for a new breakfast idea
  • My toddler enjoys eating it plain like a side of bread
