Friday night pizza nights are so much fun! Finding a pizza that doesn’t upset my tummy? The absolute best! This cassava flour pizza crust tastes so delicious my family asked “can you really eat this?” So pull out the baking sheets because this one is going to be a hit!

Note: This recipe does make 6 approximately 9-10 inch personal pan pizzas. They freeze so well that I always make extras. Just wanted to mention that in case you would like to cut the recipe in half. Happy eating!

Ingredients:

What I used for this recipe:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place parchment paper (I recommend this one so nothing sticks) on three baking sheets. If you don’t have three baking sheets you can bake the crusts separately.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients into separate mixing bowl and mix well. Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until one large dough ball is formed.
  4. Let dough sit for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Coat your hands in olive oil, then scoop up the dough and divide it into six even sections.
  6. Place onto parchment paper and press it into the form of approximately 9 inch pizza crust. Repeat for the other 5 sections.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes then remove and add toppings. Return to  oven and bake for a couple more minutes until ingredients are warm or cheese is melted (if you eat dairy).
  8. Hope you enjoy your cassava flour pizza crust!
Favorite Topping:
  • Personally, my favorite topping is shredded chicken. The recipe can be found if you click here. Its such a versatile dish and complements this cassava flour pizza crust beautifully.
  • Other favorites include:
    • Fresh greens of choice (spinach and kale are our favs)
    • Pepperoni (I recommend applegate brand)
    • Fresh tomatoes and pineapple
    • Roasted sausage and/or peppers and onions
    • Crack an egg over it for a breakfast pizza (surprisingly amazing!)

Tips:

  • This crust freezes well. Each family member has one crust each and then we freeze extras for quick lunches.
  • Better yet make a double batch and freeze for a quick and easy dinner!
