Welcome! I’m Victoria, a foodie who is very passionate about not letting her IBS and food intolerances ruin her passion for creating yummy dishes for her little family.

After spending years trying to “figure out” my tummy issues, I’ve found that my body feels best when eliminating gluten and dairy as well as following the low fodmap diet. It was overwhelming at first but now I find so much joy cooking in the kitchen and creating nutritious and delicious food for my family (that they will actually eat!).

My little family consists of a bunch of boys, 1, 3, 14 year old step son, and a loving husband that supports my kitchen adventures as long as he can slap some cheese on my end result. 

I’d like to think of this blog, and my instagram account @vvvictoriaaaaaa as a space for meal inspiration for others with food sensitivities, daily momspiration, as well as a space to help others feel not as alone no matter what they are going through with their health. My goal is to show others that living with food sensitivities and gut issues does not have to mean bland boring food your family won’t enjoy!
