Epic Paleo Charcuterie Board (Gluten and Diary Free)

Though 2020 has sucked big time so far I’m refusing to let it steal my joy. I may be stuck at home but it doesn’t mean we can have fun! This epic paleo charcuterie board was perfect for the job! The kiddos were able to grab what they love and try new things while having a little more control. It also was easy to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Though I am still following the AIP/Low FODMAP diet I added treats for the kiddos and husband without feeling deprived. We ended up having a picnic outside followed by a fire and it was exactly what we all needed to spark joy during this season.

  1. Buy a variety of food you love that follows your own dietary needs.
  2. Arrange as desired on a large platter.
  3. Thats it! It was so simply and fun to make!
