Gluten Free Artisan Biscuits

I’ve always loved the gluten free biscuit mixes that you can purchase at the grocery store but never a fan of the price. We can easily go through two boxes just for a dinner (hello 3 growing boys) and three or more boxes on a holiday. These gluten free artisan biscuits are delicious and the perfect side for your next dinner or get together!

Ingredients:

What I used for this recipe:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare muffin tin (I prefer parchment paper muffin liners so nothing sticks)
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl and then add wet ingredients to bowl and mix well.
  3. Add mix evenly to 12 muffin liners
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes and enjoy!

These gluten free artisan biscuits are best served warm but can stay in fridge for up to 5 days. Warm in microwave with ghee or butter and they will be great! You can also freeze them for future meals 🙂

Pairs Perfectly With:

Diet: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Paleo
