These are the best sweet potato wedges! Our family eats aloooooooot of potatoes. Since going gluten free years ago I’ve found that sweet potatoes are such a great way to fuel my body now that I’m not eating “traditional” carbs. We never want to get bored of them so we are always looking for new ways to prepare them (honestly go check out my instagram account and you’ll see I should have named this blog a million ways to prepare a potato!)
Preparing the perfect potato wedge can be tricky. Nobody wants a limp potato. Follow these easy instructions for the best sweet potato wedges! They are the perfect side dish to any meal.
Ingredients:
What I used for this recipe:
Instructions:
First start by washing your potatoes and cutting it in half. Then cut the half into thirds while the cut side of the potato is face down. This should give you three beefy looking wedges. Repeat until all potatoes are cut.
Next add all ingredients into a bowl and shake those babies up! Lay on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Then bake for approximately 45 minutes on 380 degrees.
Then broil the potatoes for 2-3 minutes until they have reached your desired crispiness. Make sure to watch them! You’ve come too far to burn those yummy guys.
Enjoy the best sweet potato wedges you’ve ever had!
